    • Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrival will not result in extended time as this is not fair for clients following.

    • Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 100% of the session booking. All efforts will be made to reschedule appointments within the same week if the Client should need to cancel, however this may not be possible and will result in the client being charged for the forfeited appointment.

    • Please do not attend the session if you are unwell.

    • Small group PT: if 1 or more clients are absent, a full fee will be charged. If the client who missed the session cancelled within 24 hours, they will be charged 100% of the session fee.

    • You are responsible for disclosing any conditions or injuries that may impact your training or lead to potential harm.

    • Please read the t’s & c’s of your packages for further policies.

  • Thrive is a home-based studio gym located in Cowes, VIC

  • We offer a no obligation, free initial consult where we discuss your goals, what we have to offer as well as times & prices.

  • Wear comfortable gym wear, sneakers or weightlifting shoes.

    A bottle of water, towels are optional as we do provide them, and clean equipment between clients.

  • At the moment, we except direct transfers or cash. Eftpos is not available at the moment.
